Fabric carding machine
Problem:
When using a comb or a rotating brush to comb the fibers from the doffing machine cylinder, a high electrostatic charge is generated on the fibers. Under the effect of static electricity, the fibers adhere to the conveyor, which deteriorates the product transfer to the next process.
Solution:
Install a DC ion rod at a position 200 mm from the vibration comb to neutralize the high static electricity on the product and prevent the material from being adsorbed on the machine's feed tank or conveyor. It also improves the appearance of the final product.
