Problem:
 
 
Very high static electricity can be generated during the uPVC profile extrusion process. For inkjet printing systems, this can cause many problems:
 
 
1. Dust is attracted to the surface of the printed material.
 
 
2. Inkjet deviation, resulting in poor print quality.
 
 
3. Absorb too much ink, resulting in jagged edges.

 
4. Causes electronic failure in inkjet printing equipment.
 
 
5. The directional deflection plate is polluted, and the yield is reduced due to additional cleaning.
 
 
 
Solution:
 
1. Placing the ion rod in front of the print head can neutralize the static charge and ensure:
