The harm of static electricity in production is serious, so the use of electrostatic removal equipment is an effective way to eliminate static electricity in enterprise production. At present, the anti-static products in the market have a wide variety and various brands, which makes many enterprises dazzled and unable to start when they first deal with static products.

AP&T will briefly classify and explain the electrostatic eliminators in the market today. Generally speaking, the electrostatic eliminators commonly used in industrial production mainly fall into five categories: ion bar, ion fan, ion air gun, ion air nozzle and ion air snake.

ION BAR：

Working principle of electrostatic eliminator: it is composed of high-voltage power generator and discharge electrode. Through high-voltage corona discharge at the tip, the air is ionized into a large number of positive and negative ions to neutralize the static electricity on the surface of the object.

ION BLOWER：

Ion fan is fan fan design, specially designed for local areas, rapid and centralized neutralization of static electricity, divided into AC fan and DC fan, wider range of electricity dissipation, lower ion balance, in addition, intelligent ion fan can be matched with electrostatic sensors to achieve static electricity online monitoring.  Mainly used in precision electronics, photoelectric, semiconductor industry. 

ION GUN：

Ion air gun is a hand-held electrostatic eliminator which can provide strong ionic air to objects.  Designed for high air volume dust removal and static neutralization.  Ion air gun is hand-held design, portable and flexible, mainly suitable for production lines that need to work constantly or very precise, small and sensitive product parts.  Strong wind speed makes it easier to clean small sensitive parts and materials. 

ION NOZZLE:

Ionic air nozzle is mainly used for local rapid removal of electrostatic dust, strong wind, can be installed from a multi-directional Angle;  Compact and light, flexible operation.  Often used in precision electronics, pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor production and other industries. 

ION SNAKE：

Ion wind snake is a kind of snake tube can be manually deformed to the nozzle pointing to the target orientation, strong wind speed quickly eliminate local static electricity and dust, auxiliary far infrared automatic induction switch, avoid manual operation, induction control part and power integration.  Suitable for electronic, plastic, chemical, printing, photoelectric and other industries.
